Dreams without daily goals will remain, just Dreams. vol.1

Hey BC Bounce Crew. I wanted to chat with you guys about goal setting. Many of us have big dreams, but have you ever wondered or asked yourself why we sometimes fall short, get off task or side tracked from our original goal. We need to get shots up, work on our handles, get in the weight room, stretch, eat healthy and still excel at our school work. How do you fit it all in? You set daily goals. "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you."  Now it may seem crazy to try to add everything all at once, but if we add one thing to our daily routine, week by week our routines will become just that, routine. This is a part one, each week ill add a video of a workout that you can add to your daily routine. Below is a link to a video on basic core strengthening exercises that you can do at home. Try it all, then take a few exercises that are extremely challenging to you and add it to your daily routine and remember your big dreams will remain dreams without goals and consistent follow through. -Bounce
